Availability
Stemt.dk is provided as available. We cannot guarantee uptime, email delivery, or uninterrupted access at the exact time you need it. For important meetings, general meetings, elections, or decisions with legal or practical consequences, you should have an alternative voting method ready and be prepared to use it if Stemt.dk, your internet connection, email delivery, hosting, or another technical dependency fails.
Organizer responsibility
The organizer is responsible for the meeting process, voter eligibility, quorum, deadlines, records, and whether a vote is valid under the organization’s rules and applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stemt.dk and Forlæns are not liable for loss, delay, invalid votes, meeting disruption, or other consequences caused by downtime, technical errors, misuse, setup mistakes, or unavailable third-party services.
